Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At DL Health Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred pelvic health care. To ensure fair access to our services and to respect both our practitioners’ and patients’ time, we have established the following appointment and cancellation policy.

1. Consultation Fee

A £50 consultation fee is required at the time of booking your appointment.
This fee secures your appointment slot and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment should you go ahead. Those who are having a significant discount (training patients) this will be an additional, non refundable/redeemable cost.
Appointments are not confirmed until the consultation fee has been received.
If you have a consultation and then decide not to go ahead with a treatment plan the consultation fee is not refunded.
You have paid for our time and expert opinion.

2. Cancellations and Changes

We understand that schedules can change and that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To help us manage our diary and offer timely appointments to all patients, we ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment:
No charge will apply. Your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded upon request.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment:
You will be charged 50% of the individual treatment cost. Your booking fee will be used towards this charge, and any balance will be payable before future appointments can be made.
Failure to attend (No Show):
You will be charged 100% of the individual treatment cost. The booking fee will be retained, and the remaining balance will be payable before rebooking.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure that subsequent patients are not delayed. The full treatment cost will still apply.

4. Rebooking & Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding balances resulting from late cancellations or missed appointments must be settled prior to scheduling future appointments.

5. Clinic Commitment

We value your time and trust. If, for any reason, DL Health Ltd needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to rebook at a mutually convenient time.

6. Agreement

By booking an appointment with DL Health Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Appointment & Cancellation Policy.
