Lindsay is a Nurse Prescriber with over 26 years of experience in the NHS including 21 years nursing critically ill patients in the acute setting. For the last 5 years she has been part of a Community Rapid Response team caring for frail, acutely unwell patients at home.

Lindsay also holds a Masters level degree in Nursing including an advanced prescribing qualification which means safety is always front and centre. She is a nurse practitioner who focuses on building strength, resilience, and long-lasting wellness. With a practical, supportive approach, she helps patients understand their bodies, improve function, and achieve sustainable results.

Joanne is a Clinical Nurse Practitioner with 22 years of NHS experience, including critical care.

Her career spans broad clinical practice, leadership, and management roles, including work as a Community Clinical Matron and leading Infection Prevention and Control during the 2019 pandemic. An independent prescriber with advanced clinical skills, she has growing interests in menopause, urinary incontinence, and holistic, person centred care.
